River Valley Catering, through West Wind Supper Club in River Falls WI, is seeking an experienced and adaptable Offsite Catering Cook to assist with food preparations and day of execution for offsite catering events. This role focuses on high volume food preparation, organization and proper packaging and delivery of meals to offsite events. This is a seasonal position through Mid-November. Opportunities may be available for repeat seasonal work or a permanent position. $20 starting hourly pay based on experience.

- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Available Friday-Saturdays with some Sundays & holidays as needed. Flexible weekday hours.
- Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally more.
- Work in varying weather conditions and environments.
